Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel room was old and dated, in desperate need of a fresh coat of brighter paint and new carpet. The cleanliness was lacking with dust everywhere, and even the bed only had sheets and a doona without a cover. However, the location was good and the views were awesome, though the access through the basement car park was somewhat difficult. The service was friendly and responsive, but there were mixed feelings about the value for money perceived by staff. Dining was not part of the booking, but the experience was described as superb.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although not like the photos, were fantastic with city and river views that allowed us to enjoy the fireworks from our balcony. The location was great, but there were some issues with the plug points being physically inconvenient for devices. The service was exceptional, going beyond expectations, and dining options were superb.
The hotel was perfect for myself and family, with a stunning view, but it was very run down and dated. The location was excellent, close to ferry services and restaurants within walking distance, offering a beautiful view of the river. The dining wasn't part of the booking but described as superb.
